We look for properties that are clean and in good condition. Your property doesn’t have to be modern, as many older properties have character and charm, but everything has to be well maintained and a certain level of appointment is necessary.

We generally look for properties near tourist destinations, entertainment hubs and anything close to the CBD. If your property is located elsewhere, it doesn’t necessarily make it unsuitable, as it may have unique features that make it desirable.
