Whatever type of property families or individuals would look to stay in when they travel for business or pleasure, that’s the type of property that’s suitable.
Where do you look for properties to be located?
Mainly near tourist destinations, entertainment hubs and anything close to the CBD, but we’re open-minded. The right property might not be in the normal locations.
Can you look after my property if it is not near you?
With managers and systems in place around the country, we can look after any kind of property, anywhere in Australia, as long as it fits our business model.

What type of people do you expect to have staying?
They will fall into two broad categories of business travellers and vacationers. They will have a record of being good guests, respectful of other people’s property and of local residents. Exactly what they expect will depend upon the type of property they are booking. However, as we are targeting 5-star ratings, we expect they will be looking for a 5-star experience.
What happens if there is damage to the property?
This where it is so good for you. We qualify all our guests before accepting bookings and all listings have strict rules for guests, which reduce the chances of this happening. However, accidents can happen. We carry our own insurance, plus the AirBnB Host Guarantee provides up to $1,000,000 of protection.
Remember, we are leasing your property, so your rent is guaranteed. The risk is on us. You don’t have your income stream interrupted.
